| My goal is to develope my top game. I want to be spending 75% of the time on top, rather than the bottom like I have this past year. |

I have a bunch of personal goals but I'll just stick to BJJ orientated stuff on here since that's what everyone else is doing.
- Train more consistently. mininum 3 times a week.
-Better diet
- Continue to develop my technical game
-Compete in at least 2 tourney's this year.
Ps- Bobby- I think you may need to have her warm up with a little North/South before she is able to transition into that top mount position that you're looking for. |

I know I been out of the loop, but I'm posting this for myself.
-Make more appearances at BAMA, and stop neglecting all the amazing personalities who are there.
-Get back into training once I get a car again.
-Grow spiritually, mentally and physically.
-Try to better myself in all aspects of life. |

| My resolutions would have to be not letting myself get beaten before a fight even begins, working on my strength training and cardio, and also to work on more sweeps and be more aggressive with submissions. |

| I want to remember and understand what I have already been taught and apply the techniques corectly. I believe that more mat time is the best way to learn and remember. If I could master half of what I already know my game would be so much better. "Repetition is the mother of all learning" There is a wealth of knowledge available to us at the gym and the secret is to transfer it from our heads to the mat. |
