| I have many goals, primarily to remain healthy and injury free through 2009 which will allow me to focus on and complete my other goals, but in terms of MMA my goal is to train at the academy 4 times a week, and to compete in my first MMA fight(s) this year.... |

Reflections.
Just thought I'd bump this thread so everyone can measure the goals they've set for themselves.
Stop thinking and start doing. |

In follow up to my goals, I believe the Academy mentality has matured a great deal which allows members to train effectively while minimizing injury due to over competitive natures.
My Jiu Jitsu training is coming along however, training the mentalities is taking some work. I consider mental Jiu Jitsu to be my game right now. _________________ sanguebom
