Hello Team,

We'll be holding our summer In House Tournament in August.

We anticipate everyone's full support and attendance to make this a successful event.

There will be 3 matches going simutaneously: the Ring; the Octagon; the mats.

It will be a double elimination event, categorzied by weight and experience level.

And yes, there will be an Absolute division along with some carded stand up matches.

We'll also be having a BIG, BAD BBQ to finish off the day. Wait till you try my special shrimp!!!

This event is open to all participating BAMA members' families, wifes, girlfriends, boyfriends, etc...

$30- tournament + BBQ
$10- spectators

Make sure you vote so we know which weekend works best for everyone.

Please arrive by 2:30pm so we can set the divisions.

3 fighting areas will be set, with ALL final matches being in the Octagon.

Bring ALL your equipment.

Thanks and congratulations to all who made the event. There were no injuries and terrific sportsmanship.

First place winners are:

Matt Lee - Heavy Weight Division
Tom M - Light weight Division

All fighters showed great technical development and the positioning was right on point. Even newbies were throwing on Triangles etc.

I will be taking the 1,2,3 rd place winners from this event and start out the next event with a potentially different twist. (thought will have to go into this one)

Plan for the next one folks!
