Hello Folks,

I will be offering pure Muay Thai classes for an additional $10 per month for each member. New members who are interested in the entire program will have a different fee plan.

Let me know what you think via my personal e-mail box.

This class will be 1 hour from 6pm - 7pm or even 3pm - 4:00pm Tuesday and thursday.

quick 10-15 min warm-up
some technique, lots of sparring?
