Hello Folks,

Today will be our first day of Women's Thai/Kickboxing Cardio Bootcamp. This is new to our club and will be very well put together. I would say that it will take about 3-6 months to really build up.

Carlos will be leading the class with my support. Men are to stay away and allow the women to have this time for themselves (6-7pm Tues and Thursdays from this day on). The 7pm classes will start at 7:01pm and continue as usual. Please allow the women some clear out time as they may have to use the men's changeroom as well as their own at the beginning and end of class if it is a big group (Guys keep your room tidy so the girls have nothing to say).

If we lose anytime, we will make it up at the end of each class.

Please be patient as this project grows.

It's all about the ladies for a few months. If you have any concerns, please contact me as per the information below.

They also appreciated the privacy you attempted to provide them. Going forward we may have to tweak start times for the class to ensure we get out on time and start the 7pm classes. We'll consider it a work in progress.

On another note BAMA is hardcore, guys were still training even though we had a blackout - WOW!!! Philip M was even ready to do the GI class in the pitch dark. I was laughing my tail off!!!

That's awesome. Once word of mouth gets out these classes should be full in no time.
